A Year with EZRA

Highlights from a year of innovation with EZRA…

2024 was another exciting chapter in our ongoing collaboration with EZRA – a relationship that has grown over the past five years. This year, we continued to produce impactful video projects, managing monthly shoots and delivering post-production services to support EZRA’s mission of providing transformative coaching experiences.

EZRA Edge: Launching the Future of Coaching

One of the key projects we worked on this year was the launch film for EZRA Edge, a rebranded executive coaching platform. Filmed at Westerpark Studio in Amsterdam, this project involved everything from pre-production and scriptwriting to a studio shoot with an infinity cove, followed by a dynamic motion graphics edit. The aim was to introduce EZRA Edge and its cutting-edge approach to coaching, combining face-to-face human coaching with AI support to create personalised coaching experiences.

The video highlights key themes such as scenario practice, skill development, and ongoing post-coaching support, with a particular focus on helping managers enhance team performance. We used engaging, modern visuals and a professional yet approachable tone to showcase how EZRA Edge empowers users to plan for success and improve team collaboration.

EZRA x Simon Sinek: Empowering Healthcare Workers

Another major project for EZRA was the announcement of their partnership with Simon Sinek for the Gift of Coaching program. This initiative provides free professional coaching, support, and tools to some of the groups who need it most, including healthcare workers and teaching staff in the US and the UK.

We produced the announcement videos, social media content, and live event content surrounding this remarkable program. It’s already had a positive impact on a vital yet underserved community of frontline staff, helping to significantly reduce burnout and stress.

EZRA Portrait: Self-Awareness for Leaders

This year, we also produced the launch advert for EZRA’s Portrait, a new leadership psychometric assessment tool designed specifically for senior leaders in the EZRAx executive coaching program. We pitched the concept and carried it through from proposal to delivery, using the visual metaphor of an artist painting a group portrait. The film highlights how EZRA Portrait provides leaders with valuable insights into their strengths, competencies, and areas for development – giving them a powerful advantage when it comes to self-awareness and leadership growth.
